Tanggung Jawab
- Manage M&E site supervision activities to ensure compliance with architectural and engineering drawings.
- Execute comprehensive commissioning plans, including testing and balancing of HVAC and electrical systems.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, progress claims, and variations as part of Quantity Surveying duties.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical discrepancies and manage site-related challenges effectively.
- Maintain rigorous health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards across all project phases.
- Ensure all documentation, including RFI, shop drawings, and progress reports, is updated and archived accurately.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors to streamline installation schedules and meet strict project deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E building services within the Singapore construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex M&E shop drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, fire safety regulations, and construction site protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills, particularly regarding cost management and project lifecycle planning.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, site-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or cost estimation software).
