Kwan Yong Construction Pte Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Manager to join our dynamic project delivery team in the West Region. As a key player in our construction division, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of Mechanical and Electrical engineering activities, ensuring that all projects are delivered in strict compliance with design specifications, regulatory standards, and established project timelines.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and site execution, collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all M&E engineering activities across large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure full compliance with design specifications, approved drawings, and international building codes.
- Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders to resolve design clashes and technical discrepancies.
- Supervise site installation works to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules.
- Manage M&E subcontractors, ensuring their productivity and the quality of their workmanship meet site requirements.
- Prepare, review, and track M&E progress reports, submission schedules, and shop drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the M&E delivery process.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in M&E coordination within the Singapore construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Microsoft Project/Primavera.
- Strong working knowledge of local building regulations, fire safety codes, and BCA requirements.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cost-efficiency and timeline management.
- Prior experience in large-scale residential or commercial construction projects is highly preferred.
