Santarli Construction is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated M&E Manager or Assistant M&E Manager to join our dynamic engineering team in Singapore. As a key player in our organization, you will take ownership of mechanical and electrical engineering workstreams across diverse construction projects. This is a critical role that bridges the gap between conceptual planning and site execution, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
In this position, you will lead the M&E department through the full project lifecycle, from preliminary tenders to final handover. You will collaborate closely with the planning department to integrate complex M&E requirements into project schedules, ensuring seamless coordination between architects, structural engineers, and subcontractors. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the M&E team in the execution of complex engineering tasks for large-scale construction projects.
- Manage the entire tender process, including preparation of technical proposals, cost estimation, and material sourcing.
- Collaborate with the planning department to align M&E activities with overall project timelines and milestones.
- Supervise site installation works to ensure strict compliance with architectural drawings, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities (BCA, PUB, LTA) to resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to maintain quality control and mitigate project risks.
- Manage M&E budgets, resources, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on M&E coordination.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure or building projects within Singapore.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, statutory requirements, and authority submission procedures.
- Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, and relevant project management software.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
