Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate all mechanical and electrical engineering aspects throughout project lifecycle
- Develop and review M&E design documentation, technical specifications, and shop drawings
- Manage M&E subcontractors and ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections, witness testing, and commissioning of M&E systems
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize costs, schedules, and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to Singapore building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions for complex project challenges
- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E engineering for building construction projects
- Professional Engineering (PE) registration or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore M&E codes, BCA regulations, and industry standards
- Proven track record managing large-scale building project installations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and M&E design software
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems is advantageous
