Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) coordination activities across dynamic construction projects.
- Review and coordinate M&E design drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure seamless integration with architectural and structural elements.
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of M&E installations, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, codes, and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage M&E project schedules, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning (T&C) of M&E systems to ensure operational efficiency and performance.
- Manage the submission of M&E related documents, including RFIs, material approvals, and progress reports.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and value engineering opportunities within the M&E scope.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination within the construction industry.
- Proficient in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards (BCA, NEA, PUB requirements).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Experience with high-rise residential or mixed-use projects is an added advantage.
- Singaporean, PR, or valid employment pass holder.
