Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical engineering activities across project phases including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning
- Manage subcontractor performance, schedules, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project milestones
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models for compliance with safety standards and project requirements
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and budgets
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks for M&E installations
- Prepare project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and as-built records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of M&E coordination experience in large-scale construction projects
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in project management (PMP) or M/E trade preferred
- Singaporean citizenship or valid work permit required
