Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing the coordination of mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Managing project schedules and timelines for M&E works.
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks.
- Preparing and reviewing technical documentation and drawings.
- Resolving technical issues and conflicts during the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an M&E Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, codes, and standards.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
