Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end M&E project execution including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems
- Conduct site inspections and technical reviews to maintain compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and progress reports
- Resolve technical issues and implement engineering solutions during construction phases
- Monitor project budgets and timelines while maintaining quality standards
- Liaise with clients to provide updates and address technical requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on M&E project engineering experience
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
- Proficiency in M&E design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
