Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems
- Prepare technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
- Conduct site inspections and enforce safety and quality standards
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of M&E project experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, and project management tools
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems
- Certified in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., PMP, PE)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
