We are currently seeking a motivated M&E Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the North Region of Singapore. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence from site coordination through to final testing and commissioning.
As an M&E Project Engineer, you will bridge the gap between design intent and site execution. You will be responsible for overseeing mechanical and electrical site works, ensuring that all installations comply with regulatory standards and project specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate M&E site works to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Review and interpret M&E engineering drawings to ensure accurate site implementation.
- Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager regularly.
- Conduct site inspections and manage the rectification of defects during and after installation.
- Oversee Testing and Commissioning (T&C) activities to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency.
- Liaise effectively with subcontractors and vendors to ensure material delivery and work quality.
- Manage technical documentation, including RFI, shop drawings, and progress reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and M&E regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License (preferred).
