We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Project Engineer to support our dynamic engineering team at C&W Services. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) works, ensuring that all site operations are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency. You will oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of documentation and compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and oversee ACMV installation, commissioning, and maintenance works on-site.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, site protocols, and Singapore Code of Practice (SCT).
- Monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical drawings, reports, and daily site logs.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve engineering issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and material specifications.
- Manage material delivery schedules and assist with inventory control.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in M&E project engineering, specifically in ACMV.
- Strong knowledge of building services, HVAC systems, and local engineering codes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant engineering software packages.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) certificates are preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality.
