As an M&E Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical and electrical systems throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Your expertise in BIM will allow you to perform sophisticated engineering calculations and computational design, optimizing building performance and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site inspections of mechanical and electrical installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards
- Utilize Building Information Modelling (BIM) software to perform engineering calculations and computational design for M&E systems
- Monitor construction progress and coordinate with contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project completion
- Review and approve technical drawings, submittals, and method statements related to M&E works
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation of all site activities
- Collaborate with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E engineering, with at least 1 year in a resident engineer or inspector role
- Proficiency in Building Information Modelling (BIM) software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in building construction
- Certification in M&E inspection or related field is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
