In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the successful execution of our infrastructure projects, ensuring that all site works are implemented to the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical precision.
As an M&E Site Supervisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day site operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and progress monitoring of assigned project sections, from initial ground-breaking through to the final handover. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily on-site mechanical and electrical activities to ensure alignment with the project schedule.
- Supervise subcontractors and direct labor to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress against project milestones and report potential delays to the Project Manager immediately.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant safety regulations (OSHA/DOSH) and company HSE policies.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to verify that installations meet design specifications and engineering blueprints.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of materials required for M&E installations on-site.
- Facilitate the final inspection process and documentation required for project handover and commissioning.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in M&E site supervision or construction management.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, or electrical distribution.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate on-site project teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight project deadlines.
- Working knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
