We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced M&E Supervisor to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, and sanitary systems to ensure they operate at peak efficiency and comply with industry safety standards.
As an M&E Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities. You will coordinate with contractors, conduct regular inspections, and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, and sanitary system maintenance activities
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for all building systems
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and external service providers for repairs and installations
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment performance records
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute system upgrades and improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E systems supervision within commercial or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and hands-on approach to technical challenges
- Good communication skills in English; Malay language proficiency is advantageous
- Familiarity with local safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Possession of relevant professional certifications or licenses will be an added advantage
