Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians and subcontractors, providing clear technical guidance and direction.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate effectively with other disciplines (structural, architectural) and stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical reports, including progress updates and risk assessments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in M&E supervision within the construction industry.
- Valid Professional Engineer (BEM) license is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Strong knowledge of local construction codes, safety protocols, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
