Welltech Construction Pte Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated M&E Supervisor to lead our engineering projects in Singapore. We are looking for a professional who can take charge of the site operations, ensuring that all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works are executed with precision, efficiency, and strict adherence to safety regulations.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of site activities. You will act as the primary point of contact for managing sub-contractors, overseeing their work to ensure it aligns with the project specifications and timelines. Additionally, you will arrange RTO for critical site inspections and testing, ensuring that all quality assurance measures are met before project completion.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all M&E works on-site to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage and monitor the performance of sub-contractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Arrange RTO for site inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and construction codes.
- Liaise effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and coordinate necessary approvals.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E supervision within the construction industry.
- Valid Site Supervisor License (SSIC) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
