Join Matrix Concepts as an M&E Supervisor and lead the maintenance and operations of mechanical and electrical systems in our properties. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily M&E maintenance activities across multiple properties
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted maintenance services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Prepare maintenance reports and budget forecasts
- Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance team capabilities
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless facility operations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in M&E supervision within building facilities
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and building automation
- Certification in Energy Management or Green Building standards preferred
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in maintenance management software and CAD tools
- Valid Class D driving license
