Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and dynamic M&E Supervisor to join our project team in Tuas. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems, ensuring our construction projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
As an M&E Supervisor, you will act as a vital bridge between subcontractors, engineering teams, and project management. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day M&E works on-site to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to resolve site technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project schedules and progress, ensuring M&E installations are completed within designated timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Assist in the testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection).
- Prepare and maintain accurate site progress reports, defect lists, and project documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or National Certificate (Nitec) in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an M&E Supervisor in the Singapore construction industry.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, M&E specifications, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, structural blueprints, and M&E schematics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage subcontractors effectively.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tuas (West Region) and manage dynamic, fast-paced construction environments.
