Inta Bina Group Berhad, a prominent leader in the construction industry, is seeking a diligent and technically proficient M&E Supervisor / Coordinator / Engineer to join our dynamic project team in Selangor. As a key contributor to our construction projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems from inception to handover.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between design intent and site execution. You will work closely with sub-contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure all M&E installations adhere to high-quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. This position is ideal for an engineering professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a sharp eye for technical detail and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and monitor on-site M&E installation activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and local building codes.
- Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and sub-contractors to resolve technical issues during the construction phase.
- Supervise sub-contractor performance to ensure productivity, workmanship, and schedule adherence.
- Review M&E shop drawings and material submittals to ensure technical feasibility and project alignment.
- Perform regular site inspections and prepare comprehensive progress reports for management.
- Ensure that all M&E works are completed in accordance with safety and environmental health (EHS) requirements.
- Manage the commissioning, testing, and handover processes for all M&E services.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the construction or building services industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting M&E technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, fire safety standards, and M&E installation practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively manage sub-contractors and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Experience with AutoCAD or BIM software is considered a strong advantage.
