Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical/electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Lead and coordinate technical teams for maintenance projects
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies
- Prepare maintenance schedules, budgets, and technical reports
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service delivery
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Train technicians on safety protocols and technical procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in M&E supervision role
- Strong knowledge of industrial HVAC and electrical systems
- Valid certification in M&E maintenance or project management
- Proven experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Leadership experience managing technical teams
- Familiarity with Malaysian safety regulations (OSHA/DOSH)
- Proficiency in CMMS systems and technical documentation
