Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and oversee mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for M&E systems
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Monitor project progress and address any technical issues or challenges that arise
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for M&E components of projects
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional development
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in M&E engineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications in M&E engineering (e.g., Professional Engineer, Chartered Engineer)
- Proven experience in M&E engineering, with progressive responsibility for junior to managerial roles
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in M&E design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP)
- Excellent project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and leadership skills for team management and client interactions
