Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co is seeking a highly skilled and motivated M&E Team Leader to join our dynamic construction project team in Malolos City, Bulacan. As a key member of our engineering division, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, coordination, and maintenance of all Mechanical and Electrical systems on-site. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in team management and technical problem-solving within large-scale construction environments.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all HVAC, Fire Protection, Building Management Systems, Electrical, and Sanitary/Plumbing works are executed to the highest international standards of quality and safety. We are looking for a leader who can bridge the gap between design and installation, ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the complete satisfaction of our stakeholders.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise on-site M&E installation teams to ensure strict adherence to project timelines and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to manage HVAC, Fire Protection (FP), Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical (EE), and Sanitary/Plumbing (SP) systems.
- Review and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for technical accuracy.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and ensure compliance with building codes and project standards.
- Manage material procurement schedules and ensure efficient utilization of resources on-site.
- Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to prevent project delays.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation for project management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid Professional License (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E coordination or team leadership within the construction industry.
- Deep technical expertise in HVAC, Fire Protection, BMS, Electrical systems, and Sanitary/Plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Project/Excel).
- Willingness to be based in Malolos City, Bulacan.
