Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical systems in buildings and facilities.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Prepare and maintain records of maintenance activities and system performance.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices in M&E systems.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in M&E maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical wiring.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
- Certification in relevant technical areas is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
