As an M365 Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between our clients' business challenges and Microsoft's powerful cloud ecosystem. You will lead technical discussions, design proof-of-concepts, and architect full-scale solutions spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot, Power Platform, and Security. You will work closely with enterprise clients across various industries in the Philippines, helping them modernize their workplaces and adopt Generative AI securely and effectively.

From whiteboarding complex architectures alongside C-level executives to troubleshooting critical issues for existing clients, your expertise will drive measurable outcomes. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical discussions and discovery workshops to understand client business objectives and map them to Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Architect and implement Copilot readiness plans, including M365 tenant preparation, data governance, and AI safety guardrails.
- Design and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI.
- Create and deliver compelling proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and technical demos for prospective clients.
- Act as the M365 subject matter expert during the pre-sales process, supporting the sales team with RFPs and proposals.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on M365 migrations, security hardening (Entra ID, Defender), and workload optimization.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and solution fidelity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay ahead of the Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI roadmap to advise clients on strategic adoption timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 stack, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI services.
- Proven ability to lead pre-sales technical engagements and communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a strong plus (e.g., MS-102, AI-102, AZ-104).
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for M365 tenant management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
