Penbrothers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced M365 Systems Engineer to join our dynamic Technology Services team. As a key player in our IT infrastructure, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a specific focus on Intune and Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
In this role, you will act as a technical authority in modernizing our identity and device management strategies. You will ensure a secure, seamless, and productive work environment for our employees by managing user identities, enforcing security policies, and optimizing collaboration tools. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of cloud security, hybrid identity solutions, and the end-to-end lifecycle of Microsoft 365 services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and maintain the highest standards of data security and compliance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, specifically focusing on Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Manage user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and password management across the organization.
- Configure and enforce Conditional Access policies and Identity Protection to safeguard corporate resources.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to mobile device enrollment, MDM (Mobile Device Management), and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Collaborate with the Security and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to IT governance and data protection regulations.
- Optimize Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) to enhance user productivity and collaboration.
- Document technical configurations, create runbooks, and conduct regular audits of the M365 infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role specializing in Microsoft 365.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and co-management strategies.
- Expert knowledge of Entra ID, including B2B/B2C, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and seamless SSO.
- Familiarity with hybrid identity scenarios and on-premises to cloud integration.
- Relevant certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, or AZ-104 are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
