Tanggung Jawab
- Complete intensive classroom training covering printing technologies and safety protocols
- Develop hands-on skills in Prepress operations including digital file preparation
- Master On Press machinery setup, operation, and quality control procedures
- Acquire Post Press expertise in binding, cutting, and finishing processes
- Perform routine maintenance checks under supervision of senior operators
- Adhere to ISO standards and workplace safety regulations
- Document training progress and complete assessment modules
Kualifikasi
- SPM, SKM, or Diploma qualification in technical or manufacturing field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial machinery
- Basic computer literacy for operating digital printing systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Willingness to work shifts in industrial environment
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- No prior experience required but passion for technical learning essential
