Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze machine performance data and operational logs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
- Implement process improvement strategies and automation solutions to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on production lines to maintain continuous operations.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and proper calibration.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on machine failures to prevent recurrence and improve system robustness.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation for machine operations.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to machine output, quality, throughput, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in machine engineering, process improvement, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or Python) to interpret operational data.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with PLC systems, automated machinery, and SCADA interfaces is a strong plus.
