Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead the daily maintenance and repair activities of heavy machinery and equipment.
- Perform precision alignment and setup of industrial production lines according to technical specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
- Ensure all engineering procedures and safety standards are strictly followed during repairs.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of engineering assistants and junior staff.
- Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance logs and repair history.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule preventive maintenance and upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Vocational Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in machine supervision or mechanical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of machine alignment tools, mechanical systems, and production equipment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a factory environment and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Valid Technical Vocational License (TVL) is an advantage.
