- Continuously monitor real-time telemetry and health data for a diverse fleet of heavy mining equipment.
- Analyze vibration, temperature, and pressure sensor data to detect anomalies and emerging mechanical issues.
- Generate detailed health status reports and technical recommendations for site-based maintenance teams.
- Collaborate with field technicians to validate diagnostic findings and optimize repair schedules.
- Develop and refine predictive maintenance thresholds to improve equipment reliability and longevity.
- Escalate critical machine alerts according to standard operating procedures to prevent operational disruptions.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of machine performance, failure history, and diagnostic interventions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, condition monitoring, or asset health management.
- Proficiency in using remote monitoring software and diagnostic tools for industrial machinery.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data trends and mechanical schematics.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively relay technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with rotating shifts to support global time zones.
- Solid understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance methodologies (e.g., RCM, TPM).
