Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement novel machine learning algorithms for NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems
- Conduct advanced research on scalable ML models and optimize performance for large-scale production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into ByteDance's product portfolio
- Develop and maintain robust ML pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Translate research prototypes into production-ready systems with measurable business impact
- Stay abreast of emerging ML technologies and contribute to open-source initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence through code reviews and knowledge sharing
Kualifikasi
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related quantitative field
- Strong programming proficiency in Python with experience in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and algorithm optimization techniques
- Proven track record of developing production-level ML systems at scale
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to handle ambiguous technical challenges
- Experience with distributed computing and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
