Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to transition models from development environments to production.
- Monitor model performance and implement automated drift detection and retraining workflows.
- Manage infrastructure requirements, including cloud resources (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Implement robust versioning for data, model code, and model artifacts.
- Develop and maintain monitoring tools to track model latency, accuracy, and resource utilization.
- Ensure data security, privacy compliance, and governance across all ML workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in MLOps, DevOps, or Data Engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Proven experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or Azure ML).
- Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow, Kubeflow, or MLflow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, project-based environment.
