We are currently seeking a dedicated Machine Maintenance professional to join our team in Telipok, Sabah, and contribute to the reliable operation of our power plant systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of heavy machinery and plant equipment, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on power plant machinery and auxiliary systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults and carry out timely repairs or adjustments.
- Monitor equipment performance using diagnostic tools and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and technical documentation in line with quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan shutdowns, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of handsâon experience in machine or plant maintenance, preferably in a power plant or heavy industrial setting.
- Proven knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including PLC control basics.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and CMMS tools is an advantage.
- Strong problemâsolving skills and ability to work under pressure in a shiftâbased environment.
- Valid Malaysian industrial safety certification (e.g., CIDB, DOSH) or willingness to obtain.
