We are looking for a dedicated Machine Maintenance Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Pajo, Bulacan. We are seeking a hands-on professional who is passionate about machinery and maintaining high production standards.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of blow molding machines. You will ensure our production lines run efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing output. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing routine inspections, diagnosing complex mechanical failures, and executing precise repairs to keep operations running smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on blow molding machinery to prevent breakdowns.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures.
- Conduct daily inspections of production equipment to ensure safety and quality standards.
- Repair and replace worn-out parts and components using precision tools.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize machine downtime during shifts.
- Document maintenance logs, repair history, and parts inventory accurately.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in machine maintenance, preferably with blow molding technology.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical schematics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
