Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration on Dry Etch equipment to ensure optimal performance and equipment longevity.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues to minimize equipment downtime and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Monitor process parameters and tool performance data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with Process Engineers and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document all maintenance activities, safety observations, and equipment history logs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the cleanroom environment.
- Support capital projects and equipment upgrades as required by the engineering team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor fab equipment maintenance, specifically with Dry Etch tools (e.g., ALD, ICP, RIE).
- Familiarity with semiconductor process chemistry, vacuum systems, and high-voltage equipment.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including 12-hour night shifts, with a strong commitment to reliability and attendance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, or computerized maintenance management systems is a plus.
