We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will perform scheduled preventive maintenance, conduct inspections, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and execute timely repairs on a wide range of power plant machinery. Your work will be vital to ensuring operational reliability, minimizing downtime, and upholding the highest safety standards. You will collaborate closely with engineers and operations teams to continuously improve equipment performance and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on power plant machinery and equipment according to established schedules.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system faults to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and performance testing to identify potential issues early.
- Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, parts usage, and equipment reports.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability when needed.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and participate in continuous safety improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of new or upgraded machinery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant reliability and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance within a power plant or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial machinery, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a shift-based schedule.
