Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency
- Execute comprehensive equipment validation protocols including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ)
- Develop and maintain calibration schedules, maintenance records, and validation documentation
- Collaborate with automation teams to integrate and troubleshoot advanced control systems
- Investigate equipment failures using root cause analysis methodologies
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies using IoT and monitoring technologies
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, ISO, and other regulatory compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance and equipment validation
- Certification in IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and GMP/ISO standards preferred
- Proficiency with PLC systems, SCADA, and industrial automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills for complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and digital maintenance documentation
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
