In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machines to ensure efficient and smooth operations in our state-of-the-art facility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor production output and quality to maintain efficiency and meet production targets
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance team for repairs
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and workflow
- Assist in training new machine operators and following quality control procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing production environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical manuals
- Knowledge of safety standards and proper handling of industrial equipment
- Ability to work in shifts and overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads
