- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and safety protocols
- Document production data and maintain accurate equipment logs
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or inefficiencies
- Maintain clean and organized work area following 5S principles
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
- 1+ years of experience operating industrial machinery
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and preventive maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic computer literacy for data entry
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid government-issued ID and clear background check
