About the Role
Detpak, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions and proudly part of the Detmold Group, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Machine Operator to join our growing team at our advanced manufacturing facility in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production machinery. Your primary focus will be to achieve demanding production targets within the planned schedule while strictly adhering to our defined quality and world-class safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery (e.g., die-cutters, folder-gluers, flexo printers) to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct pre-operation checks, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to ensure maximum machine uptime.
- Inspect finished products against quality specifications, identifying and removing non-conforming items.
- Maintain accurate production logs, waste records, and shift handover reports.
- Adhere strictly to 5S housekeeping standards and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and minimize downtime.
- Participate in continuous improvement (CI) and problem-solving activities.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. A Technical/Vocational certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret job orders, specifications, and safety manuals.
- Basic proficiency in data entry and computer applications.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25kg, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing quality work.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
