Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, calibrate, and operate processing machinery according to production specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions, defects, or inefficiencies, and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere strictly to food safety (HACCP/GMP) and workplace safety regulations at all times.
- Operate packaging, sorting, and weighing equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Record production data, downtime, and quality control metrics precisely.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S methodology.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational graduate; a technical course in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a strong advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing, food processing, or FMCG environment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental.
