Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Perform regular machine setups, calibrations, and adjustments to meet product specifications.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations (OHS).
- Accurately record production data, including downtime and output numbers, in logs or digital systems.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors and team members to meet or exceed daily production quotas.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training/certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and machine operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and production blueprints/schedules.
- Excellent physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in products or machinery.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts if required by the production schedule.
