Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical malfunctions or inefficiencies to the maintenance team immediately.
- Ensure all production targets are met while maintaining strict quality control standards for poultry products.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure longevity and safety.
- Document daily production logs, including output counts, downtime, and material usage accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols (HACCP/GMP) required in a food manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors and team members to streamline production workflows and minimize waste.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; technical/vocational training is a strong advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator, ideally within a food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various production environments.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting and industrial machine operation.
- Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to follow technical instructions clearly.
