Tanggung Jawab
- Operate manufacturing machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet daily production targets.
- Monitor machine performance throughout the shift to ensure optimal output and minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet strict company specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning, reporting any mechanical issues to the maintenance supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
- Accurately record production data, including units produced and material usage, into logs or digital systems.
- Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors to streamline workflow processes.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education qualification.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production plant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Basic understanding of machine operation and technical equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and work well within a team-oriented environment.
- Possess a keen eye for detail to detect product defects or machine inconsistencies.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends or public holidays as required.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu or English.
