Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to meet product specifications
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Document production metrics and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Assist in training new operators on equipment procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in machine operation or manufacturing
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Basic computer literacy for data recording
