Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, calibrate, and operate packaging machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor production processes to ensure optimal machine performance and output quality
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- Implement quality control checks to verify product specifications and standards compliance
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company operational guidelines
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in technical/mechanical field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience operating industrial machinery or packaging equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong attention to detail with precision measurement skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Willingness to work in shifts and flexible schedule
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting
