Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and output
- Conduct systematic quality checks and product inspections against specifications
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Document production metrics and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas according to 5S principles
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in technical/mechanical field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in manufacturing or production operations
- Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance and quality control systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and interpret production data
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting up to 25kg
- Valid government-issued ID and Barangay clearance
