- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic preventative maintenance on machines.

- Monitor production output and report any anomalies or mechanical issues immediately.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Mechanical or Industrial Technology.
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or steel plant is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, operation manuals, and safety guidelines.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and material counting.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
