We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join the production team at Sunrain Philippines Traders OPC. Based in Pantoc, Bulacan, this full-time position is essential to our manufacturing operations, focusing on the precise operation of an Edge Banding Machine.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that wood products receive high-quality edge finishing, contributing directly to the final appearance and durability of our goods. You will utilize your basic machine knowledge to follow technical instructions and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. We are seeking a candidate who takes pride in their work and can ensure that every product leaving the line meets our strict quality standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate edge banding machinery to apply edge banding materials to wood panels and furniture components with precision.
- Monitor machine settings and adjust cutting speeds, pressure, and glue application to ensure optimal results.
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring smooth edges and proper adhesion before packaging.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance of the machine to ensure long-term functionality.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Report any mechanical issues or material shortages immediately to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Previous experience operating edge banding machines or general woodworking machinery is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and safety manuals.
- Basic understanding of quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work in a factory setting and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID (e.g., SSS, UMID) for employment verification.
