- Operate and monitor industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance and output
- Implement engineering principles to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance, calibrations, and quality checks on equipment
- Document production metrics and recommend process improvements
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with engineering team on equipment upgrades and modifications
- Train new operators on machine operation and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience operating industrial machinery
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
