Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor advanced machinery in the foam production process
- Ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently and report any malfunctions immediately
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production flow
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo training on specific machinery and processes
